Layby:
Layby services require a 20% deposit of the total amount, with regular fortnightly payments. The layby period is set at 3 months unless otherwise agreed. We will hold your chosen products for the duration of the layby. Cancellation fees do apply. For full terms and conditions please visit your nearest boutique.
Interest Free Finance:
Interest free finance is subject to terms and conditions.
Gift Vouchers:
Gift vouchers are redeemable at any Temelli Jewellery in Australia. Vouchers are valid for 6 months, not redeemable for cash and a store credit will be issued for under-redemption. Lost, stolen or destroyed vouchers will not be refunded or replaced.
Refunds & Exchanges:
Please choose carefully as we do not give refunds because of a change of mind due to the delicate nature of each piece of jewellery. Credit notes and exchanges will be granted at our discretion and is determined on a case-by-case basis however strictly within 30 days and in brand new condition.
